This WaterColor Beach vacation rental home is ideally situated in the Lake District giving guests a short walk or golf cart ride to the emerging WaterColor Town Center, Frog Pool, Camp WaterColor and the Gulf of Mexico. On the first level, two separate bedrooms with king beds, each with private baths, offer comfort and convenience. A large living room provides a sense of comfort and ease with an inviting open floor plan and 10-foot ceilings. The kitchen with a center island completes the public rooms on this level and is perfect for large groups. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a four bed bunk room off one bedroom and private baths as well The master suite with a king-sized bed offers ultimate privacy for guests and a large bathroom. A back patio with an out door seating area and a fireplace along with a large dining table to enjoy outdoor family gatherings. Parking for this home has three designated spaces.
Location
Outta the Blue is located in the family friendly WaterColor Community located off 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. A short golf cart or bike ride to Restaurants, Seaside and Watercolor Color Beach Club which gives you access to sugar-white sand beach. You will have a slew of activities to entertain beach goers of all ages. Outta the Blue is also near three WaterColor Community Pools and Camp Watercolor that includes a lazy river.

The house size is 3,084 sq. ft. and sleeps 12 with 4 full baths and a half bath downstairs. There are 3 King sized beds, 2 full beds and the bunk room offers 4 twin sized beds. The property also has a pullout bed that can host an additional two more people. The property boasts a large front porch with a swing and comfortable chairs to sit on and relax. The back outdoor area offers, seating for a group with a fireplace and an outdoor table to enjoy a large family group.
